Employability training aims to make a person employable. This primarily includes building the right skills and attitude for getting, keeping, and growing in a job. To grow in one's job and career, the employee and employer must take up 70% and 30% of the responsibility, respectively. Using Enable India's SPICE Framework as the pivot, this course is to help you think about what you have done and what you can do under the 70%.
